Terms of Service

Effective September 15, 2026.

1. Who we are

sensely ("the Service") is operated by Hasten Inc., a California corporation, 1401 21st St Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811, US ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service is

sensely monitors publicly available career pages and job-board interfaces of companies, and provides notifications, statistics, and derived insights about job postings. The Service reports job postings we detected; it does not represent statements by the listed companies, and postings may change or be removed at any time. sensely is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any company whose public information appears in the Service.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or bulk-export Service data without a written agreement;
• scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract the Service beyond documented interfaces;
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, or plan limits;
• use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.

Feedback, coverage requests and other suggestions you send us may be used to improve the Service without any obligation to you.

5. Plans and billing

The current plans and their limits are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically each month until canceled; the renewal terms are shown before you subscribe, and Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge. You can cancel anytime from your account settings (Manage billing), effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; we may grant refunds at our discretion. Prices and plan features may change with notice.

6. Data and accuracy

Service data is collected from public sources on a periodic schedule and is provided "as observed": we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and it is not advice of any kind (including investment advice).

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its compiled datasets are owned by Hasten Inc. Job-posting content belongs to the respective companies. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per your plan.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@sensely.io; we complete deletion within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for breach, risk, or discontinuation, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASTEN INC.'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Questions: support@sensely.io.
